Your consultant has helped a lot with this hire in terms of keeping the candidates’ interest level as our recruitment process took over 2 months along with managing her salary expectations. Everything was as communicated and no surprises that caught us off-guard. It would be great to see a few more candidates but that was probably due to lack of candidates in the candidate pool / market.
