This is the first time I have worked with aimHigher Consultancy and my impression was good as the firm took time to get to know what I aimed for in career and before putting me forward to the position. Unlike other agencies I have worked for, aimHigher placed me according to my ability and potential rather than just placing me in similar positions I had held in the past.

Working together I found the consultant very responsive to my queries. In a few instances where he had no definite answer to my question when we spoke, he got back with an answer and provided me with extremely helpful tips and insights about the potential employer the soonest he could, sometimes even over the weekend without compliant. He kept me in contact and checked on how I am getting on, and dealt with any concerns I had throughout the recruitment process. I believe he has strong value towards the aimHigher’s proposition and a keen business acumen that together translate to professionalism, efficiency and reliability.

Overall, I have no complains about aimHigher and the consultant. I found both pleasure to work with.
