I enjoyed the relationship with aimHigher very much because the consultant worked with me closely during the recruiting process. She’s exceptionally helpful in communicating her insights about the position and the market, as well as her perspectives about the employer such that we could formulate a successful interviewing process. While not all positions were good fit, I like the way I was treated as an equal partner in the process.
