I am satisfied with my current placement and the consultant had prepared me well for every stage of the process for me to join this employer.

He understood well about my background and expectation and prompted an opportunity to me in a timely manner. My initial application was actually for the Director of Spa position but since I did not quite match for what the employer was looking for as a Director of Spa, I was coached for next step.

As the employer valued my experience and talent, I was prompted for the current position, as Front Office Manager. The consultant made great effort in getting all the necessary information needed for my interviews and analyzed the future opportunities. Although it was not the best match to what I was originally looking for, it broadened my career path.
