Secondly, I want to thank the consultant for her effort. I appreciate the honesty of your consultant, She is not like the other consultants who want to get the commission and conceal some information of their clients, or push the candidate to accept the offer (those offer not good to candidate). She tries her best to negotiate the offer for me.  

I hope your firm to keep this practice, “honest” to candidate.  It is very important.
