It was a pretty good experience with aimHigher to be honest, as most of the recruiting agencies would call you to go up to them for a meeting before they have any opportunities for you.  But when aimHigher called, you had an opportunity on hand already. I really think this is a more efficient way of processing. On top of that, your consultants are very helpful, informative and good follow up on the whole process.
