The consultant is very good and she is able to help the candidates get things prepared before the interviews.

She also spent time on bridging the gap between the candidates and hiring company on their role and responsibilities.  This is very important so the candidates do not need to find out everything by themselves.

She was also very supportive even after the offer was obtained and spent extra time to follow through post offer matters.  Other agents in the market may stop following up with the candidates after offer has been made as they think their job is completed.
