I would like to say that the consultant acts very differently from other consultants that I met before. She is professional and enthusiastic. During the job searching process, she would understand deeply about the job requirements and my skills, experience and my expectation of future job prospects before matching the employer and me. This is unlike some of the consultants from other job hunting companies, which only “forward” my CV to the employer. She would also share the skills and experience on the interview, remuneration negotiation which increase the chance of being employed.
