Responsibilities of a consultant

  • Handle the full recruitment process by understanding the clients' hiring needs, identifying and assessing the right candidates, introducing candidates to clients and obtaining feedback after interviews, manage offers and ensuring smooth on-boarding experience.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Achieve sales target by successfully filling the clients' hiring needs.
