Company Description

Our client is a European-based private banking and asset management group. They are looking for a Human Resources Manager to join their team. 


  • Perform full spectrum of Human Resources functions but not limited to compensation and benefits, recruitment and selection, staff engagement, performance management etc
  • Identify the training needs and courses, coordinate the training program, keep the training record properly
  • Co-ordinate the orientation program for the new joiners
  • Develop/review, implement and maintain HR policies and procedures in accordance with the Employment Ordinance and regulatory requirements
  • Handle the enquiries raised by external parties, i.e. Inland Revenue Department, Immigration Department, HKMA, etc
  • Prepare annual budgeting
  • Other ad-hoc projects 


  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in HR profession, of which at least 3 years in managerial level in banking industry
  • Have strong background in Learning and Development
  • Familiar with HKMA Supervisory Policy Manual
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is a must
  • Excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal, leadership skills
