Company Description

An opportunity to step into a world-renowned luxury hotel group and join its group HR team as the Temporary C&B Specialist. Potential candidate might have a chance to switch into a permanent role. 

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional support to C&B Director
  • Assist in the collection and editing of 2016 compensation survey reports for hotel operations in Asia, US and Paris
  • Assist in coordination and updates to the C&B project work such as data analysis, templates and documents
  • Assist in collecting information from operations/ vendors for annual salary review and bonus planning
  • Organise meetings, filings of documents and logistics for the team 

Requirements

  • At least 3-5 years previous experience administering compensation, payroll, benefits data in HR or Finance departments
  • Good Excel Skills
  • Numerical
  • Diploma/ College degree holder in business studies, HR, accounting
