To cope with its expansion, its Hong Kong sourcing office is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join their HR team.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partner on recruitment strategy and execution for local and offshoring hiring
  • Execute full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, candidate management, recruitment consultation and new hires follow up etc
  • Develop channel and keep up to date with new and innovative ways of connecting with and attracting talent
  • Forecast talent supply and recruitment planning and budget
  • Generate and analyze HR reports for management review

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or relevant discipline
  • Minimum 6 years of recruitment experience, preferably in sourcing or supply chain industries
  • Recruitment agency background; in-house experience is preferred
  • Detail oriented, integrity, good communication
