Company Description

Our client, an international insurance group, is looking for an Assistant Distribution Manager (General Insurance), to cope with their expanding business in the region.

Responsibilities

  • Engage in projects to formulate and execute strategies to improve distribution process and enhance business growth
  • Assist the team head to modify business flow within the general insurance department, including renewal business and daily operation procedure
  • Act as the contact point in process improvement projects and liaise with different departments, such as IT and compliance
  • Review project effectiveness and give improvement suggestions

Requirements

  • Degree holder in business-related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in general insurance business, preferably with project management experience
  • Mature and proactive
  • Strong language and communication skills

Remuneration

  • Basic salary plus year-end bonus
